Hi my name is Larissa. I am a Visual Communication Design senior at the University of Hartford. As a minimalistic designer, I am very attentive to detail and hierarchical systems. I enjoy learning different methods of design and how through strategy, psychology, and knowledge of the fine arts, design can improve the visual experience that people have. I will continue to practice this throughout my career.

Apple Watch Faces
Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop and InDesign)
This series of watchfaces changes based upon the time of day (morning, afternoon, evening, and night) and in accordance with that, the image of the sky will match that time of day. The user of this watchface will also have the option to customize this with their own font. The font option appears in the top left corner where the user can simply tap the “Aa” font symbol and choose the font of their choice.

This promotional design video is intended to evoke excitement about the features the JBL Xtreme 2 speaker has. I do not own the rights to this audio.

Medium: Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) Description: E-Publication of a Julio LeParc exhibition. Included is a title page, an introduction page about the exhibition/artist, a third page of what is being shown at the exhibition, and the final page being an infographic.

Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD and InDesign)
An investment app, curated for the individual interested in long term financial stability. With Purplus, the user has the freedom to invest in as many or as little stocks as they want. In addition, there are educational resources and information targeted towards those who are new to the market. Along with consistent updates of your stocks, the user has the freedom to trade their stocks. In the end, the user wants to succeed financially. Purplus provides the tools to survive in the world of the stock market.

Refresh is a cold press juice company. The three flavors as seen here are orange fusion, berry medley, and green alliance.
ease (branding)
Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator and InDesign)
Ease is a mobile app designed to assist with sleep management and to educate the user about sleep health. The app provides each user with their own experience tailored to their (possible) sleep disorder and specifications through the “sleep quiz” that is required to take upon registration. In addition to the app, the user also has the option to purchase a custom booklet that is tailored to their results from the sleep quiz. The booklet also provides education and awareness of other existing sleep disorders.
